WALLA WALLA — The Walla Walla Frontier Days will start at 9 a.m. Saturday with the kiddies parade, followed at 10 a.m. by the main parade.
This year more than 125 entries will include floats, mounted groups, bands, antique cars, marching bands, horse drawn wagons, clowns and more.
The parade will begin at the corner of Fifth and Alder, travel east on Alder Street to Palouse Street; north on Palouse Street to Main Street; west on Main to Fifth Avenue; south on Fifth; east on Willow Street; and south on Chase Avenue to the Walla Walla Fairgrounds.
Organizers ask that kiddie parade participants meet by 9 a.m. behind the Backstage Bistro, 230 E. Main St.
Also on Saturday, the Frontier Days cowboy breakfast will be held starting at 6:30 a.m. at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Grant Farmer Post 992, 102 N. Colville St. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, coffee and juice are on the menu.
The meal is $5 per person, and is open to all until 9:30 a.m.
