Thefts, Burglaries

WW Police

  • 1800 block of Evergreen Street, Tuesday 6 p.m. to 11 a.m. Sunglasses and medication taken from vehicle.

WW County Sheriff

  • 00 block of Touchet Gardena Road, Thursday 2:30-9 a.m. Four Verde 20-inch rims taken from yard.

MF Police

  • 200 block of Northwest 11th Avenue, Thursday. Various items from residence.
  • 200 block of Northwest 10th Avenue, Thursday. Change from vehicle


WW Police

  • 00 block of East Main Street, Thursday. Two vehicle, non-injury. Tractor-trailer clipped a parked vehicle.

WW County Sheriff

  • County Fairgrounds, demolition derby, 8 p.m. Thursday. Derby contestant Crystal Deschaine of Milton-Freewater rolled her vehicle during a race. Deschaine’s vehicle was left upside-down. District Four firefighters worked for about five minutes to remove the driver from her vehicle. Deschaine was taken to Providence St. Mary Medical Center, where she was treated and released.


WW Police

  • Brent James York, 43, 205 W. Chestnut St. Charge: investigation of felony theft.


MF Police

  • 900 and 1000 blocks of South Main Street, Thursday. Graffiti reported.
