Interlocal agreement:Consider adoption of a multiagencyinterlocal agreement to establish the Walla Walla Valley Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Railex road:Review design plans for Railex Road.
Lot plan:Review a layout plan for a parcel adjacent to the Walla Walla Regional Airport terminal building.
Rent abatement request:Consider a request from Washington Vintners, which has a lease up to 30 years for hangar space at the airport. Manager Michael Corliss has made the request for two months of rent abatement after the airside of the hangar was barricaded for construction and aircraftaccess to the ramp and hangar was unusable between Sept. 11 and Nov. 16.
Farmco lease agreement: Discuss a plan by FARMCO to vacate one of its Port-leased properties, Building 225, by the end of December as a downsizing maneuver. The company plans to continue operating in Building 224 if it can reach financial terms with the Port.
