POMEROY — A Clarkston man was struck and killed Friday night on U.S. Highway 12 about eight miles east of town.
According to Washington State Patrol, Carl Reid Ingram, 65, was in the roadway when he was hit by a 2002 Jeep Cherokee driven by Kenneth Allen Smith, 63, of Pomeroy at 10:09 p.m..
Ingram died at the scene.
The incident is still under investigation; no other details were released.
