Now let me get this straight. Some people have decided Heritage Park is "their" park and they're being bullied out of it.
I think the city of Walla Walla should cut its losses and sell that piece of property to someone who would put up a building and open a business. The Police Department has enough on its plate without babysitting the troublemakers who hang out there.
