DAYTON — Dayton beat Asotin, 50-46, in the final game of its Christmas classic Friday.
The Bulldog girls went 2-0 in the four-team tournament to take home the title.
“It was a really good first half,” Dayton coach Clayton Strong said. “The way we were going in the first half, I though both teams would hit 70 points.
“We made just enough free-throws at the end to win,” he said.
The Bulldogs (8-1) visit Lewiston’s junior varsity Friday at 5:30 p.m.
