Whitman falls to Hamline for first loss in eight games

WALLA WALLA — Whitman suffered its first loss in eight games Saturday night, losing to Hamline 92-89.

The Missionaries (8-3) led by a point, 42-41, at the half but was never able to pull away.

Peter Clark led Whitman with 18 points on 6-of-9 shooting from the field.

Ben Eisenhardt had 10 points, Drew Raher 13, Matt Mounier 12 and Josh Duckworth 14.

Whitman visits Lewis and Clark Friday at 6 p.m.
