  • Elizabeth Jo Klein, 23, 169 N. Wilbur Ave., Apt. 8, was charged Jan. 30 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Klein is accused of unlawfully possessing methadone on Jan. 20.

  • Nancy L. Berrones, 47, 56 Talon Loop, was charged Jan. 31 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Berrones is accused of unlawfully possessing cocaine and using drug paraphernalia on Jan. 28.

  • Thaddeus S. Klein, 27, address not confirmed, was charged Jan. 31 with second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, possession of burglary tools, residential burglary, second-degree theft and three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Klein is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime on Jan. 28, wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over a table saw on Jan. 28, possessing a filed-down key on Jan. 28, unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime on Jan. 24, wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over a generator on Jan. 24, and unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, unlawfully possessing clonazepam and using drug paraphernalia on Jan. 28.

  • David L. Tucker, 49, 1208 Rancho Villa, was charged Jan. 27 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Tucker is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and using drug paraphernalia on Jan. 26.

  • Thomas J. Fox, 44, 101 N. Martonick Lane, was charged Jan. 27 with forgery, second-degree possessing stolen property and four counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Fox is accused of falsely making, completing, altering, possessing, uttering, offering, disposing of or putting off as true a forged Visa card on Jan. 23; knowingly receiving, possessing, retaining, concealing or disposing of a stolen Visa card on Jan. 23; and unlawfully possessing methamphetamine with intent to deliver it, unlawfully possessing hydrocodone with intent to deliver it, unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana, and using drug paraphernalia on Jan. 26.

  • Robert W. Phillips, 46, address not confirmed, was charged Jan. 27 with harassment -- domestic violence, third-degree malicious mischief -- domestic violence, and interference with reporting of domestic violence. Phillips is accused of knowingly and unlawfully threatening to kill a person, knowingly and maliciously damaging property, and preventing or attempting to prevent the victim of a domestic-violence crime from obtaining assistance on Jan. 23.
