Reich hits 1,500th point, Weston-McEwen beats Irrigon

IRRIGON, Ore. - Dallas Reich led the Weston-McEwen boys with 30 points Saturday night as the TigerScots locked up the No. 1 seed in the Blue Mountain Conference with a 66-43 victory over the host Irrigon Knights.

"This was a team that led us into double overtime (earlier in the season)," Knight's coach Brian Pickard said. "We came out and defensively dominated".

Reich hit four 3-pointers and Riley Sederburg added 13 points and nine rebounds. Ron Terjeson scored 10 more points while Elliot Salter had 10 assists.

The TigerScots are 13-1 in the BMC and 18-5 overall and play Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Pendleton Convention Center against the winner from Friday night's Pilot Rock vs. Stanfield game.
