WALLA WALLA -- A Dixie man pleaded innocent Monday afternoon to causing a developmentally disabled female to have sexual contact with him several times last month while riding a Columbia County Public Transportation bus.

Colton J. Langworthy, 19, of 101 Gilliam St., is set for trial April 2 and 3 in Walla Walla County Superior Court on six counts of indecent liberties -- physically incapacitated.

Langworthy allegedly forcibly molested the female six days in January.

Her parents notified authorities that they learned their daughter was assaulted while riding the bus in Walla Walla County, according to a Sheriff's Office report filed in court.

She then allegedly told a deputy that a male passenger named Colton touched her inappropriately. The crimes were confirmed by recorded surveillance footage from the bus, the report says.

The report doesn't reveal the female's age, but she reportedly functions at about a 7-year-old level.

Langworthy was arrested at his home Jan. 31 and booked into the County Jail. Bail initially was set at $25,000, but later was raised to $50,000.
