COLLEGE PLACE - The cause of death of a 32-year-old city man discovered at a bus stop remains unknown, pending a toxicology report, according to College Place police Chief Dennis Lepiane.
The unidentified man was discovered at roughly 6:41 a.m. on Tuesday at a bus stop at Fourth Street and College Avenue.
"There's a little bus stop shelter," Lepiane said. "He was apparently found there."
A bicycle, backpack and a pair of glasses were found with the man, according to Lepiane, who added a bus driver notified police.
An autopsy conducted Tuesday afternoon was inconclusive, according to Walla Walla County Coroner Richard Greenwood.
"There did not appear to be any sign of foul play," Greenwood said.
