Cloaked to battle a cold, late morning wind and protecting his "Ashes To Go" sign while scanning downtown for possibilties, St. Paul's Episcopal Church's Father Birch Rambo takes the spirit of religion to the street as he heads to his second "Ashes To Go" session at Heritage Park on Main Street Wednesday. The "Ashes To Go" movement attempts to bring religion out from behind the closed doors of the church to the more populated areas of a community.

The "Ashes To Go" movement began around 2007 and attempts to bring spirit, belief and beolonging from behind church doors and into the street and everyday place. This is the first year for the venture at St. Paul's.
