WALLA WALLA -- A lockdown of four units at the Washington State Penitentiary will continue through Friday.
The prison's four West Complex close-custody units will remain on lockdown through at least Friday afternoon, according to the latest operational plan posted on the penitentiary's website.
The four units, Delta, Echo, Fox and Golf, have been on lockdown since a fight between inmates on Feb. 4.
During the lockdown, all inmates have remained confined to their cells with regular work, education, recreation and other activities canceled.
Visiting has also been canceled for the four close-custody units, but will be allowed on Friday for the West Complex's Baker-Adams-Rainier units.
