WALLA WALLA -- It's property tax time again, but later than usual in this instance.
Tax statements should be in the mail Friday, said Walla Walla County Treasurer Gordon Heimbigner, However, the statements are going out about two weeks later than usual due to a computer software problem.
Taxes are due April 30. Payments must be made at the Treasurer's Office in the Walla Walla County Courthouse, 315 W. Main St., or postmarked by April 30 to avoid being late.
Tax payments can also be deposited in the drop box behind the courthouse and payments can also be made on-line by going to the Treasurer's Office website at ubne.ws/ytHyD2.
