I have known Liz Pierce since I was a young child. My mother worked for her at Costume Creations when her shop was located downtown on Main Street. In the many years of knowing Liz, she gives her all to bring magic and love to our community.
We've most recently read about her and her husband, Gary, driving close to 300 miles to create a Christmas light tour list for all of us to enjoy.
She doesn't stop there, though. The weekend after Thanksgiving, she organized an event downtown to bring Santa to the children of Walla Walla. Rudolph and the Grinch joined Santa as pictures were taken by elves, storytellers told delightful tales, and carolers serenaded everyone. She also designed the parade floats for both Costume Creations and The Home Loan Center.
Liz is constantly designing and creating beautiful costumes and balloon art for various events in the community as well. She does this with the knowledge that her creations will bring joy and happiness to others.
Liz Pierce is a bright, shining gem in our community and I would like to show my appreciation to her from the bottom of my heart for all of her hard work and dedication to making Walla Walla a magical place for everyone.
