- Steven V. Pato, 46, 55832 W. Crockett Road, Milton-Freewater, was charged Dec. 27 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of third-degree driving while license suspended. Pato is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana, using drug paraphernalia, and driving a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license on Dec. 23.
