  • Aaron G. Jones, 19, Altadena, Calif., was charged Dec. 29 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Jones is accused of unlawfully possessing psilocyn or psilocybin, unlawfully manufacturing marijuana and using drug paraphernalia on March 9.

  • Yessenia A. Deleon, 24, 214 W. Maple St., was charged Dec. 29 with second-degree theft and two counts of forgery. Deleon is accused of wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over $761.06 in cash; and falsely making, completing, altering, possessing, uttering, offering, disposing of or putting off as true two forged checks in July.

  • Debra L. Hong, 38, 123 E. Sumach St., was charged Dec. 28 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Hong is accused of unlawfully delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on Nov. 9 and Dec. 21.

  • Baldwin G. Hong, 46, 123 E. Sumach St., was charged Dec. 28 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Hong is accused of agreeing or conspiring with a person to cause the delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on Nov. 9.

  • Frank G. Young Jr., 31, no permanent address listed, was charged Dec. 28 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Young is accused of unlawfully delivering methamphetamine on Oct. 20 and unlawfully delivering cocaine on Oct. 26.

  • Sabrina Y. Mercado, 29, 1809 Plaza Way, No. 5, was charged Dec. 22 with forgery, second-degree possessing stolen property, and second-degree theft. Mercado is accused of falsely making, completing, altering, possessing, uttering, offering, disposing of or putting off as true a forged check on Nov. 30; knowingly receiving, possessing, retaining, concealing or disposing of a stolen checking account number on Nov. 30; and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over cash and merchandise between Nov. 28 and Dec. 1.
