- Alejandro Lomeli, 15, 415 Cedar St., was sentenced Dec. 29 on one count third-degree theft. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Dec. 30 Lomeli pleaded guilty to taking a bike with a value less than $750 with intent to deprive the owner of it on Feb. 13.
- Ernesto Moreno, 15, 510 N.W. Fourth Ave., Apt. A, Milton-Freewater, was sentenced Dec. 30 on one count each felony riot. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 23 days served, 12 months community supervision, 40 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Nov. 19 Moreno pleaded guilty to, while being around and acting with three others, knowingly and unlawfully threatened and used force against another on July 28.
