Numerous federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies served pre-dawn warrants this morning at 2 locations in Walla Walla, one outside Weston, OR, as well as 3 storage units in Milton-Freewater, OR, in search of narcotics related evidence and the apprehension of subjects wanted on federal indictments.
Arrested in the 900 block of Carrie Street were Keith Hall, 42, and William G. Childs, 40, on federal indictments related to the distribution of narcotics. Nicole C. Larson, 22, was arrested on local charges for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The 2nd warrant was served in the 1500 block of East Alder, but the wanted subject was not located.
The indictments were the result of a lengthy investigation by the FBI's Violent Crime Gang Enforcement Team and involved numerous state and local law enforcement agencies from across the Pacific Northwest. Simultaneous warrants were also served in the Tri-Cities and Spokane area.
A past Walla Walla resident, Clayton Sibbett, 42, was arrested during the raid at a residence on Weston Mountain. Sibbett has a previous arrest for Methamphetamine charges and is a convicted felon.
Detectives continue to sift through evidence seized during the raids, which includes weapons and controlled substances.
Law enforcement agencies involved in the Walla Walla area raids included federal agents from the FBI and ATF, Washington State Patrol, Washington State Penitentiary Investigations and Intelligence Unit, Walla Walla County Sheriff's Office, and city police officers from Milton-Freewater and Walla Walla.
SWAT teams from Walla Walla and the Washington State Patrol made the entries during the local raids.
