  • Clifford D. Fauver, 45, no permanent address listed, was charged Jan. 17 with seven counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. Fauver is accused of unlawfully delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on Nov. 17, Dec. 2, Dec. 3 and Jan. 12; unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and oxycodone on Jan. 13; using drug paraphernalia on Jan. 14; and unlawfully owning, possessing or controlling a handgun on Jan. 14.

  • Amera J. Cavazos, 28, 531 Columbia St., was charged Jan. 17 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Cavazos is accused of unlawfully delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on Jan. 10, unlawfully possessing methamphetamine on Jan. 14, and using drug paraphernalia on Jan. 14.

  • William A. Gunnyon, 47, 524 Liberty St., was charged Jan. 17 with six counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Gunnyon is accused of unlawfully delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on Jan. 10, Jan. 11 and Jan. 14; unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and less than 40 grams of marijuana on Jan. 14; and using drug paraphernalia on Jan. 14.
