When: Tuesday, 4:30 p.m.

Where: Elementary Room 109

  • BOARD DAY: Board members will participate in public tour of the modernization project at noon, and a reception for school staff immediately after school. Following the board meeting a levy forum is scheduled at 6:30 p.m.

  • MODERNIZATION: Hear update from project manager. Will discuss paver project.

  • PERSONNEL: Consider approving fall coaches' intents.

  • LEVY: Discuss maintenance and operation levy that the district is presenting to voters on the Feb. 14 ballot.

  • REPORTS: Hear reports from business manager, principals and superintendent.

  • ALERTS: Consider approving K12 Alerts contract.

  • BOARD DATES: Set board dates for February.

  • BARGAINING: Discuss bargaining agreement with Garfield County Education Association.
