MAUPIN, Ore. - The South Wasco Redsides limited Helix to just 17 points in Big Sky League girls action Wednesday night, beating the Grizzlies, 48-17.

"Our girls came out strong at the beginning, and we are missing a guard right now due to injuries, so it was a little bit difficult to run the offense right now without a second guard," Helix coach Melissa Nitz said. "We defended well, but our shots didn't fall, so offensively we struggled all evening."

Sydney Cave led the Grizzlies with seven points.

Helix hosts Sherman Saturday at 1 p.m.
