MILTON-FREEWATER - The Milton-Freewater American Legion Post 24 will hold its annual Legion Classic golf tournament Saturday at the Milton-Freewater Municipal Golf Course.
The tournament is a two-person best-ball and commences with an 8:30 a.m. shot gun start. The course will reopen to non-tournament play on graduated tee times at 1 p.m.
Entry fee for the tournament is $25 per player plus green fees. Entry deadline is 8 p.m. Friday. A 10-stroke maximum handicap limit will be enforced.
One of the features of the tournament is a $10,000 hole-in-one prize. The hole has not been determined, according to M-F golf pro George Gillette.
