Walla Walla public library to hold Spiderwick Day Tuesday

WALLA WALLA -- All things Spiderwick will be celebrated during Spiderwick Day from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday as part of the Terrific Tuesday summer reading program at Walla Walla Public Library, 238 E. Alder St.

There will be crafts and contests based on the popular "Spiderwick Chronicles" series of fantasy books for children by authors Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black.

Contests, drawings for books and "Spiderwick" journals for all will be featured during the free event. For more information, call 524-4431.
