- Devon A. Fisher, 20, 214 S. Third Ave., was sentenced June 24 on one count each second-degree malicious mischief and second-degree theft. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included restitution of $695.53, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 60 days in the county jail, credit for 55 days served. On June 25 Fisher pleaded guilty to knowingly and maliciously causing physical damage to the property of Macy's in an amount exceeding $750 and to wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property of another of a value exceeding $750 but less than $5,000 with intent to deprive the owner, Macy's, of the property on or about May 1.
- Ricardo A. Rodriguez, 30, 910 S. Monroe St., Seattle, was sentenced June 25 on one count disarming a law enforcement or corrections officer. The sentence included restitution of $3.360.70, $200 in court costs, $263.60 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 12 months and one day in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 182 days served. On June 11 Rodriguez pleaded guilty to the charge in order to take advantage of the prosecutor's offer.
