- Ashley F. Moore, 17, 35 Francis Drive, was sentenced July 13 on one count each second-degree burglary and second-degree complicity to malicious mischief. The sentence included 60 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for nine days served, 12 months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs, restitution of $4,610.81 shared with two other defendants. On June 29 Moore pleaded guilty to aiding another in committing second-degree malicious mischief by breaking a window, knowing it would facilitate the commission of a crime and to with intent to commit a crime, remained unlawfully in a building on March 9.
