Please join me in voting yes for the water park.
I will admit voting yes does not come without reservation. Raising our taxes is never optimal, but a water park is a step in the right direction for our community.
As a child I enjoyed swimming at the numerous community pools around Walla Walla. Now that I am a mother of small children, I am sad when we have to drive to neighboring towns to swim.
Walla Walla is a beautiful, successful community. We can do this.
Join me. Let's "pool" our resources and create something worthwhile.
