LETTERS TO THE EDITOR - Wolfram better of two good candidates

I have known both candidates for Superior Court judge for many years. Both are extremely professional and dedicated to their careers as well as being genuine and nice men.

I have known and have worked with Scott Wolfram since he came to Walla Walla over 30 years ago, when he worked in the Prosecuting Attorney's Office. At that time he was a new attorney. However, he was very energetic, knowledgeable and friendly individual who was a pleasure to work with.

I still find Scott as that same person today. He is a very caring person toward our community as he has found time to volunteer on many boards to make our community a better and safer place to live.

Scott has served nine years as a Superior Court commissioner, and I have had the experience of watching Scott at work on the bench in this position over the years and have noted that Scott makes only knowledgeable and informed decisions while serving in that position. He has been fair, even though at times I did not agree with his decision. He thinks things out and follows the letter of the law as it should be interpreted by one sitting in this important position.

There is no doubt in my mind that he will continue to serve the citizens of Walla Walla County in the same fashion that he has been doing for the past several years if elected to become our next Superior Court judge.

Scott definitely has the total background and experience to step into position and I trust in him to continue to make informed decisions that will make our community a much safer place to reside.

Please join me in voting for Scott Wolfram to become our next Superior Court judge.
