— Trade, gambling and social activities will be highlighted this weekend at Naamí Nisháycht, Our Village, a living display of cultural activities at Tamástslikt Cultural Institute, 47106 Wildhorse Boulevard.

During this season of the year, food was plentiful and it was a time of rest for the native people before they moved to gather fish and hunt before winter set in.

This weekend focuses on that aspect of village life.

With the price of admission, Tamástslikt visitors can experience the outdoor living culture village

Interpreters will demonstrate seasonal cultural activities.

The Village is open 10 a.m. to noon and 1-3 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Labor Day weekend.
