After throwing out the first onion, Blue Mountain Humane Society Executive Director Sara Archer receives the onion from Sweets player DJ Smith while Sweet Lou holds the leash of Lola, a 9-month-old shelter dog who is up for adoption. Thursday was Dogs at the Park Night against the Wenatchee Applesox. The Dogs at the Park game is to create awareness for the Blue Mountain Humane Society.
