Our family had been dedicated users of the old Memorial Pool until it closed. Hedda and I are enthusiastic about the proposed aquatic center.
If the levy passes we have:
$1 million in gifts committed.
$25,000 in scholarship funds for those in need.
An attractive modern facility that will be used by all ages. Located on the old site.
A nine-year levy that will save $2 million in interest costs, compared to a bond issue.
We need and deserve this center.
Go Pool! Yes on Aug. 7.
