McDowell is accused of falsely making, completing, altering, possessing, uttering, offering, disposing of or putting off as true a forged check; and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over $764.12 belonging to Moneytree in Walla Walla on March 21.
- Dearcie L. Abraham, 26, Pendleton, was charged May 31 with second-degree possessing stolen property. Abraham is accused of knowingly receiving, possessing or disposing of miscellaneous stolen merchandise on Dec. 23.
- Skylar S. McKee, 18, Kennewick, was charged May 31 with possession of a stolen motor vehicle. McKee is accused of unlawfully possessing a stolen Ford Explorer on March 20.
- Joshua A. Schauer, 25, Clallam Bay Corrections Center, Clallam Bay, Wash., was charged May 31 with second-degree assault. Schauer is accused of assaulting a fellow inmate at the Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla on Oct. 24.
