— Paintings by Walla Walla watercolorist Marilee Schiff that include several of Pioneer Park Aviary exotic pheasants and other birds are on exhibit at Main Street Furniture Co., 128 E. Main St.

The paintings are on display through June.

"I have long loved visiting the Pioneer Park Aviary," Schiff said in a release.

"Only recently was I reminded of the impact it has on children. The birds represented come from all over the world and each brings a unique presence to the aviary as a whole. Young children in particular delight in the experience of viewing of the birds and their behavior up close."

Schiff's artwork is also currently available downtown at Fenton/Stahl Gallery and DeBouche or online at marileeschiff.etsy.com.
