On May 29 Schaefer pleaded guilty to knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully in a building and to under circumstances not amounting to assault in the first-, second-, third-degree or custodial assault did assault another person on March 17.
  • Justin D. Britton, 22, 454 N.E. Lambert St., was sentenced May 30 on two counts violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $75.60 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 90 days in the county jail with 90 days suspended and 90 days bench probation. On May 14 Britton pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams marijuana and drug paraphernalia used to inhale a controlled substance on Dec. 19.
  • Justin L. Goff, 35, 529 Olive St., was sentenced May 30 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $243 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab fee, 90 days in the county jail, 86 days suspended, credit for four days served. On May 30 Goff pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams marijuana on July 19.
  • Rueben J. Wentz, 29, unknown address, was sentenced June 4 on one count unlawful carrying or handling of a weapon and resisting arrest. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $45.81 witness fees, $250 jury demand fee, $230.80 sheriff fees, $500 crime victims compensation fund, 364 days in the county jail, 304 days suspended, credit for 60 days served, 12 months probation. On May 16 Wentz was found guilty by jury verdict.
  • Michelle R. Talley, 28, Burbank, was sentenced June 4 on one count each driving under the influence and driving while license suspended. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $81 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,721.90 DUI fine, 364 days in the county jail, 304 days suspended, credit for 44 days served, 12 months probation. On May 25 Talley pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of above .15, being under influence of alcohol at the time and operated the motor vehicle while her license was suspended in the third-degree, on April 12.
  • Heather R. Clark-Whiteley, 26, Richland, was sentenced May 31 on one count each second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission, third-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree theft. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 90 days in the county jail, credit for 65 days served. On May 21 Clark-Whiteley pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing a stolen vehicle; knowingly possessing, receiving, retaining, concealing, and or disposing of a stolen license plate knowing it was stolen and withheld it from the owner and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property or services of another with intent to deprive the owner, Walmart, all on or about March 28.
  • Oscar J. Middleton, 44, 141 W. Broadway St., No. 23, Milton-Freewater, was sentenced May 31 on one count failure to register as a sex offender. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $64.10 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 64 days in the county jail, credit for 64 days served, 12 months community supervision. On May 31 Middleton pleaded guilty to failing to register as a sex offender between Dec. 1, 2011 and March 16, 2012, being a person with a duty to register as a felony sex offender, knowingly failing to comply with RCW 9A.44.130.
  • Sheyne L. Thrall, 40, no permanent address listed, was charged June 4 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Thrall is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and using drug paraphernalia on June 1.
