COLLEGE PLACE - All this work week, worn-out Old Glories will be exchanged for new Old Glories as part of a National Flag Week celebration .
Monday through Friday, Eagle Springs Memory Care Community will replace worn-out American flags at no cost.
The program will take place at Eagle Springs, 20 S.E. Larch Ave.
The flags are porch size, normally cost around $10 and supplies are limited.
People wanting to be part of the flag exchange should call Eagle Springs at 525-6335 to reserve a flag.
While the flags are free, participants are encouraged to make a donation to Eagle Springs' Wreaths Across America fund.
The collected worn-out flags will be ceremonially disposed of with the assistance of the Boy Scouts of America Blue Mountain Council.
