Nov. 13, 1932 - June 14, 2012

Marilyn Jacky was born in Seattle on Nov. 13, 1932, the daughter of John Mitchell and Mildred (Crowell) Ekeblad. She moved to Walla Walla in 1948. She was a loving mother and devoted wife.

Survived by husband, Lewis of 58 years; sister, Joyce Van Buren; her son, Kevin; and sons Gary, Mark and Christopher; grandmother of Mitchell, Garrett and Whitney Jacky. Keeper of Miss Kitty.

Marilyn lived a full, inquisitive life. Her favorite pastimes included playing bridge with her girlfriends, touring various wineries and the occasional letter to the editor. She worked for the Walla Walla School District as an education aid. Marilyn can be remembered for her wit, humor and love of life.
