bid opening: Open bids for Prospect Avenue phase 1 project. Matter scheduled for 10:30 a.m. during time for Public Works Department.

Tuesday

contract: Award contract for Prospect Avenue project, phase 1.

update: Update by Kirsten Wilson with the Department of Enterprise Services Energy Program and Dave Ray, McKinstry Company, on proposed energy efficiency project in county buildings.

housing: Presentation by Walla Walla County Housing Authority commissioners concerning possible formation of joint housing authority with county and city of Walla Walla.

COLLEGE PLACE

school bond: Presentation on results of College Place school bond election.

transportation: Hold public hearing on updates to the city's Transportation Improvement Plan for 2013 to 2018. Action to approve adoption of plan may follow.

Dayton City Council

When: 7 p.m. Monday.

Where: City Hall Board Room, 111 S. First St., Dayton

Wastewater Treatment: Hear report from mayor and public works director on the history of the wastewater treatment facility and future improvement requirements.
