James P. Mathews, 32, address not confirmed, was charged June 14 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of driving while under influence of intoxicating liquor. Mathews is accused of unlawfully possessing morphine and codeine, and driving under the influence on Feb. 19.

James P. Mathews, 32, address not confirmed, was charged June 18 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of second-degree driving while license suspended. Mathews is accused of unlawfully possessing heroin and clonazepam, using drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle while his privilege to drive was suspended or revoked on June 16.

Trevor J. Kelly, 24, no permanent address listed, was charged June 18 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Kelly is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and using drug paraphernalia on May 12.

Kelly, 24, no permanent address listed, was charged June 18 with four counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and two counts of violation of the Uniform Legend Drug Act. Kelly is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, triazolam and less than 40 grams of marijuana; using drug paraphernalia; and unlawfully possessing Pristiq and Lexapro without an order or prescription on May 27.

Johnathan T. Been, 21, 1501 W. Rose St., Apt. 44, was charged June 18 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Been is accused of unlawfully possessing cocaine and using drug paraphernalia on June 15.

Donigar E. Watkins, 31, 237 Eagan St., was charged June 18 with possession of a controlled substance by a prisoner and violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Watkins is accused of knowingly possessing marijuana at the Walla Walla County Jail, and unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana on June 15.

Leonel Ramos Gonzales, 19, address not confirmed, was charged June 19 with three counts of alien in possession of a firearm. Gonzales is accused of knowingly carrying or possessing two handguns and a rifle without having obtained a valid alien firearm license on June 18.

Luis Enrique Gonzalez-Leon, 26, 621 N.W. Eighth Ave., Milton-Freewater, was charged June 19 with three counts of alien in possession of a firearm. Gonzalez-Leon is accused of knowingly carrying or possessing two handguns and a rifle without having obtained a valid alien firearm license on June 18.

Manuel Meza Ramos, 20, no permanent address listed, was charged June 19 with three counts of alien in possession of a firearm. Ramos is accused of knowingly carrying or possessing two handguns and a rifle without having obtained a valid alien firearm license on June 18.

Jose Ramos Jr., 29, address not confirmed, was charged June 19 with one count of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, three counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and one count of first-degree driving while license suspended or revoked. Ramos is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine; unlawfully owning, possessing or controlling two handguns and a rifle; and operating a vehicle after having been found to be a habitual traffic offender on June 18.

Miriah A. Axelton, 19, Nampa, Idaho, was charged June 5 with first-degree criminal impersonation. Axelton is accused of pretending to be from a local high school or a local church youth group with the intent to defraud a person for an unlawful purpose between May 29 and June 2.

Daniel K. Lines, 39, Corona, Calif., was charged June 5 with complicity to first-degree criminal impersonation. Lines is accused of providing transportation for people who pretended to be representatives of a local high school or local church youth group with the intent to defraud a person for an unlawful purpose between May 29 and June 2.

Jason G.N. Barnes, 27, 1010 S.E. Birch Ave., College Place, was charged June 5 with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, making a false or misleading statement to a public servant, and two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Barnes is accused of unlawfully possessing a stolen Honda Civic, knowingly making a false or misleading statement to a public servant, unlawfully possessing less than 40 gram of marijuana, and using drug paraphernalia on June 3.

Thomas S. Lytle, 44, address not confirmed, was charged June 5 with second-degree assault - domestic violence. Lytle is accused of assaulting a person between June 1 and 2.

Jack A. Lavender, 46, Rifle, Colo., was charged June 7 with hit-and-run injury, driving while under influence of intoxicating liquor, and third-degree driving while license suspended. Lavender is accused of operating a vehicle involved in an injury collision and leaving the scene, driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended or revoked license on June 6.

Fernando J. Ramos, 42, 417 Cedar St., was charged June 8 with assault - violation of protection order, and first-degree burglary - domestic violence. Ramos is accused of violating an order of protection and assaulting a person, and unlawfully entering or remaining in a building and assaulting the person on June 7.

Mario Diaz Jr., 18, 247 W. Chestnut St., was charged June 11 with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, third-degree possessing stolen property and with minor in possession/minor in consumption of liquor. Diaz is accused of unlawfully possessing a stolen Ford Ranger; knowingly possessing, receiving, retaining, concealing or disposing of a stolen car stereo; and knowingly possessing, consuming or otherwise acquiring liquor while younger than 21 years old on April 10.

Kevin Salgado, 22, address not confirmed, was charged June 11 with second-degree taking motor vehicle without permission. Salgado is accused of intentionally taking, driving away or voluntarily riding in a vehicle without permission June 8.
