Nicholas R. Richard, 25, 2141 Leonard Drive, was charged March 2 with second-degree possessing stolen property, second-degree identity theft and second-degree theft. Richard is accused of possessing a stolen checking account number; knowingly obtaining, possessing, using or transferring a means of identification or financial information of another person; and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over miscellaneous merchandise or cash between Feb. 10 and 13.
Brian Lamprea, 18, 1245 Dakota St., was charged March 5 with second-degree assault, harassment, possession of a pistol by a person from 18-21, two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of violation of the Uniform Legend Drug Act. Lamprea is accused of pointing a pistol at a person, threatening to kill the person, possessing a pistol in public while under the age of 21; and unlawfully possessing cocaine, hydrocodone and tramadol between Feb. 23 and March 2.
Devin M. Yeager, 19, 303 E. Oak St., was charged March 7 with second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission. Yeager is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime on Jan. 12; wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property belonging to Stephenson Cellars between Dec. 22 and Jan. 12; and intentionally taking, driving away or voluntarily riding in a pickup without the owner's permission on Jan. 11.
