WALLA WALLA -- Patients are being sought for senior dental clinics scheduled for April 12 and 13 at The Center at the Park, 720 Sprague Ave. Those age 60 and above with a monthly income under $1,861 per person and $2,521 for married couples -- who have not been to a dentist for more than a year -- are eligible.
The clinic is free but donations will be accepted. Patients must have signed referrals from a physician.
At appointments, a dental hygienist will do visual assessments for tooth decay, gum disease and oral cancer; cleaning, topical fluoride treatments and referrals for more dental work as necessary.
