MILTON-FREEWATER -- A Pay It Forward Book Reading Flash Mob will take form on the Milton-Freewater Library and City Hall lawn, 722 S. Main St., at 4 p.m. Wednesday. The event is to raise awareness of the impact small, random acts of kindness can have on people.
Participants are asked to bring a book.
The Pay It Forward Foundation has planned flash mobs at the same time and date in cities around the world.
