Scott A. McIntosh, 42, Spokane, was charged March 8 with residential burglary, third-degree theft, attempted residential burglary, third-degree attempted theft, and second-degree possessing stolen property. McIntosh is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime on March 6; wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over miscellaneous property on March 6; attempting to enter or remain unlawfully in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime on March 7; attempting to wrongfully obtain or exert unauthorized control over miscellaneous items on March 7; and knowingly receiving, possessing, retaining, concealing or disposing of a stolen credit card on March 7.
Cager J. York, 19, 2363 S. Wilbur Ave., was charged March 15 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. York is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine with the intent to deliver it on March 10, unlawfully possessing methamphetamine on March 15 and using drug paraphernalia on March 15.
Robert L. Stacy, 47, 102 E. Chestnut St., No. 6, was charged March 13 with second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, and violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Stacy is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime, wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over a mountain bike, and unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana on March 12.
