COLLEGE PLACE -- The College Place Lions Club will host a free fishing derby Saturday at Lions Park.
The event will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 11 a.m., said Crystal Walk, Lions president. It is open to children 14 and under.
In addition to the fishing derby, Boy Scout Troop 312 will hold a pancake feed in the Lion Club building from 7 a.m. until noon. A $3 donation is requested to help scouts earn their way to summer camp in late July.
