Shawn M. Arellano, 18, 205 E. Third Ave., Prescott, was sentenced May 18 on one count third-degree malicious mischief. The sentence included 20 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 11 days served, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On May 4 Arellano pleaded guilty to knowingly and maliciously breaking a window on Feb. 24.

Bracher S. Hodgen, 14, 44 Harding Road, was sentenced May 18 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act-possession of less than 40 grams marijuana. The sentence included five days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On May 4 Hodgen pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams marijuana on Jan. 27.

Johnny Jimenez, 17, 1371 W. Pine St. was sentenced May 22 on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for five days served, 12 months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On May 4 Jimenez pleaded guilty to knowingly possessing or consuming liquor while under age 21 on Jan. 28.
