Dylan C. Arland, 20, 1865 Celestia Drive, was charged Nov. 5 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Arland is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana, and using drug paraphernalia on Nov. 4.

Luciano Castorena Jr., 25, 122 N. Wilbur Ave., was charged Nov. 5 with first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Castorena is accused of unlawfully owning, possessing or controlling a pistol; and unlawfully possessing cocaine on Nov. 4.

Aron J. Wise, 33, 420 S.E. Fifth St., College Place, was charged Nov. 5 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Wise is accused of unlawfully possessing morphine and alprazolam on Nov. 3.

Jesse W. Castillo, 21, 1140 W. Cherry St., was charged Nov. 5 with harassment, obstructing a law enforcement officer, and violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Castillo is accused of harassing a criminal justice participant; willfully hindering, delaying or obstructing a law enforcement officer; and unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana on Nov. 4.

Steven K. Lowe, 24, nor permanent address listed, was charged Nov. 5 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of third-degree retail theft with extenuating circumstances. Lowe is accused of unlawfully possessing heroin on Nov. 3, using drug paraphernalia on Nov. 3, and wrongfully committing theft at three or more establishments within a 180-day period between Oct. 23 and Nov. 3.

Timothy A. Diers, 54, 1323 Walla Walla Ave., was charged Nov. 5 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count each of third-degree driving while license suspended, and failure to transfer title within 45 days — vehicle sold. Diers is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, using drug paraphernalia, driving a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, and failing or neglecting to apply for a transfer of ownership within 45 days of delivery of a Ford van on Nov. 4.

Jason H. Beeman, 22, 125 N.E. Verge Ave., College Place, was charged Nov. 5 with third-degree assault, attempted residential burglary, and third-degree malicious mischief. Beeman is accused of spraying a Walla Walla police officer with a fire extinguisher, attempting to unlawfully enter or remain in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime, and knowingly and maliciously damaging property on Nov. 3.

Amber D. Nelson, 30, 430 E. Oak St., was charged Nov. 5 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and physical control of vehicle under the influence. Nelson is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, and being in actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of liquor or any drug on Nov. 2.

Kimberly S. Hodgen, 41, 1331 Tillamook St., was charged Nov. 5 with second-degree malicious mischief — domestic violence, fourth-degree assault — domestic violence, and reckless endangerment. Hodgen is accused of knowingly and maliciously damaging a vehicle, assaulting a person, and recklessly engaging in conduct that created a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to a person on Nov. 2.
