Park Plaza will salute veterans this weekend with a special dinner event.
The independent senior living community, 1400 Dalles Military Road, will host a Veterans Day dinner Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
The four-course meal is intended to honor veterans. The meal will be followed promptly at 2:30 p.m. with a special appearance by Karen Alaniz-Fisher, author of “Breaking the Code.” She will speak about her father’s secret job during World War II.
