WALLA WALLA — The Walla Walla Symphony’s fundraising gala “Evening Serenade” will begin at 6 p.m. Nov. 17 in Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center.
The evening includes food, wine, live music, a silent and a live auction, and dancing.
The menu, which ranges from dungeness crab cakes with spiced aioli and house-smoked salmon ravioli to slow-roasted Double R Ranch baron of beef, has been designed for the event by Chef Antonio Campolo.
Wines have been paired with the menu and a special Symphony cocktail will also be available.
