Francisco Zarate Diaz, 18, 904 Irene St., was charged Nov. 6 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Zarate Diaz is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, unlawfully possessing cocaine, and using drug paraphernalia on Nov. 5.
Benjamin Beliz Jr., 27, 345 N.W. B St., College Place, was charged Nov. 6 with second-degree taking motor vehicle without permission. Beliz is accused of intentionally taking, driving away or voluntarily riding in a vehicle without permission on Nov. 5.
