Tina Marie McKillip, 35, Spokane, was sentenced Nov. 13 on one count third-degree assault. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $100 biological fee, 12 months community custody. On Nov. 13 McKillip pleaded guilty to, under circumstances not amounting to assault in the first- or second-degree, assaulting three health care providers who were performing their duties at the time of the assault, between March 6 and April 1.

Rigoberto O. Dejesus, 27, 377 S. Second Ave., Milton-Freewater, was sentenced Nov. 13 on one count second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 13 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 87 days served. On Oct. 29 Dejesus pleaded guilty to driving away a motor vehicle without the owner’s permission on Aug. 18.

Benjamin Garcia Jr., 34, 719 N. Eighth Ave., was sentenced Nov. 13 on one count second-degree possession of stolen property. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included restitution of $5,107.86, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 30 days in the county jail, credit for seven days served, 23 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 184 hours community service. On Oct. 29 Garcia pleaded guilty to having knowingly received, possessed, detained, concealed or disposed of a Visa Card, knowing it had been stolen and withheld it from the true owner, on or about Aug. 17.

Roy T. Hamblen, 45, 830 N.E. Karol Loop, College Place, was sentenced Nov. 13 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The sentence included $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $100 biological fee, 30 days in the county jail, credit for five days served, 25 days converted to 100 hours community service, 12 months community custody. On Oct. 29 Hamblen pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing methamphetamine on Sept. 14.

JUVENILE CASES

Eric Savage, 17, 8336 Mill Creek Road, was sentenced Nov. 9 on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for two days served, 12 months community supervision, 25 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Oct. 26 Savage pleaded guilty to knowingly possessing or consuming or otherwise acquiring liquor while under age 21.

Collin R. Dow, 18, 707 Hanson Road, Burbank, was sentenced Nov. 13 on two counts violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The sentence included 15 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for five days served, 12 months community supervision, 25 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On May 25 Dow pleaded guilty to unlawful delivery of marijuana and to possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana, on Feb. 15.
