WALLA WALLA — Daniel D. Dodd was convicted by a Superior Court jury late Thursday afternoon of murdering confidential drug informant Kevin Myrick in June 2011.
The eight-woman four-man Superior Court jury at Dodd’s trial found him guilty of first-degree murder and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
The verdicts were read in court at 5:50 p.m. The panel reached its unanimous decisions following about three hours of deliberations.
Including a five-year firearm enhancement, Dodd, 43, faces up to about 35 years in prison when he’s sentenced after completion of a presentence investigation.
